I recently purchased a Merlin Solis titanium frame with carbon seat stays and carbon fork.  Mike Bayler helped me transfer all the components from my Cannondale alumninum frame to the Merlin.  Here are some pix I took during the process;

This is Mike measuring the Cannondale before we started taking things off.
On the bench are many of the parts we removed.  I don't see the handlebar/shifter/brake lever unit here.
Here's the Merlin Solis frame ready to receive the components.
Hi, I'm Mike, and I use Pedro's SynGrease...

All the big stuff is on, now to run the brake and shifter cables.
After one ride of 44 miles...sure rides good!
Update:  for Christmas, 2007, my wife (with the guidance of my number two son) gave me a complete Shimano Ultegra XL ten-speed setup, and I upgraded the Merlin with those components.  One day I will put the older stuff back on the Cannondale.
